Tracy Gregorio

”Honored to Support the Submarine Force”

Born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia, Tracy Gregorio has deep roots in the Navy community. Her father, a civilian leader at the Naval Safety Command, inspired her passion for computer science and serving the military. Early in her career, Tracy led the development of the shore-based trainer for the SEAWOLF submarine combat system, sparking her lifelong dedication to supporting our nation's strategic deterrence. Married to Bob Gregorio, a retired submariner, the two now lead G2 Ops, Inc., a systems engineering and cybersecurity defense contractor supporting critical Navy programs, including PMS397 and the Columbia-class submarine.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Tracy is an active volunteer. She serves as President of Women in Defense Greater Hampton Roads, chairs the Cybersecurity Committee for the Virginia Ship Repair Association, and promotes STEM education as a member of the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative's technical board. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Her dedication to the Navy and national defense extends to her role on the SSBN 827 Commissioning Committee, where she continues to honor and support the submarine force.
